Work Experience:
Mitch began his career with Andersen Consulting (now named Accenture). He worked in the New York City office from 1974-1976. He specialized in design and installation of financial computer systems with particular emphasis on database management. He worked with large computer systems for Fortune 500 clients and was trained in system design and propriety database software.

Mitch then operated the Ralph Evans Ice Skating Schools in Short Hills, Westfield and Edgewater, NJ from 1977-1980. Mitch took over the management of the family business which was founded in 1960. They operated ice skating rinks in northern New Jersey. Mitch was instrumental in transitioning the family business from ice skating into the real estate business.

Mitch began his printing career when he and his brother Russ purchased a small quick print shop business in November of 1978. They grew their business from one location and two employees into 6 locations with over 75 employees.

Ranked in the top 100 printers by Quick Printing Magazine since 1983. Currently, Print Tech is ranked #22 with sales over $7.8 million. Print Tech has been a leader in entering new markets such as color copying, desktop publishing, signage, large format color and digital process color printing.

In 1993, Print Tech was selected by the National Association of Quick Printers to be one of only four “models of excellence” in the quick printing business. NAQP published a white paper which combined the best of these businesses as a guide for its members to emulate.

In the twenty three years of operating Print Tech, we acquired/merged three businesses and sold one of our shops. We moved Print Tech from a primarily retail walk-in business into a commercial printing and signage company by establishing a corporate sales team that called on medium and large businesses through the New Jersey metropolitan area.

In 2006, Mitch purchased Sign D' Sign located near Hilton Head in South Carolina. Sign D' Sign has more than doubled their sales under Mitch's tutelage.

Mitch worked with NAPL (now Epicomm) as a VP and member of their Business Advisory Group from 2013 to 2015 before joining Graphic Arts Advisors.
